Happy Thoughts from the Last 10 Days

It's fairly hard to blog with just one hand and my little guy likes to be held so-not a lot of blogging going on in my house. But, here are a few pictures of things that have made me happy.

Juan Carlos was "decorated" by Margarita and Julio while Guapo and I were out to dinner last week:
This is what I found out Costco yesterday, just my most favorite cereal EVER: (so exciting because I have never found it in Mexico)
Bed mates Ron and Pedro:
My friend lent me this bathtub-I have been bathing Pedro in the sink because to buy one of these basic tubs here costs $40 USD. No way. So, tonight Pedro had his first bath!
Here's to little things that brighten your day!

Pedro is such a cutie! Awww, look at him, don't you just want to kiss those cheeks? Bet you do that all day long :)
Frosted mini-wheats!!!!
So, the Tic-tac-to on J.C. Who won?

Take it easy Gabs.

Just cute!!! I'm sure Ron loves having Pedro around-he gets better sleeping quarters!
Some things never change. Things from back home, no matter how trivial can make your day. From here in safari country, finding a half loaf of American sliced bread (although I'm not American) for $6 has all of us running to the store and shoving each other for a pack! Don't even get started on peanut butter because it always means war!
Enjoy your cereal!

I love the baby in the bathtub picture! I'm glad you were able to find a tub to use. I was going to ask you how much shipping is. I couldn't live without my purple baby tub!

A woman after my own heart--I LOVE Frosted Mini Wheats

Frosted mini wheats are the bomb around here... Of course, I'm too cheap to buy the real ones, so we get the Malt o Meal stuff. But, it's still YUMMY!

Pedro has to be one of the cutest babies I have seen in a while! I love the bathtub picture.

He is just getting more and more beautiful every day!

At least Margarita didn't color his face! Did she???

Oh! That baby! I just want to reach into the screen and cuddle him! So sweet.

I like the belly decoration, too. :)

txmommy: thanks! Thanks for checking on me-I would like to blog more but just haven't been able to find the time.

NCS: looks like Margarita took advantage of Julio-there's one "o" and 7 "x"'s.

K-squares mom: ok, I'll stop complaining-at least I can always get "pan Bimbo" and peanut butter!

Nettie: yes, seeing your purple tub on your blog and I got serious tub envy.

Rachelle, Janice and Nikko: I used to "import" FMW to Venezuela. They're the best.

toni: oh yes, his face was covered too.

cym: he is totally cuddley!

Pedro is having a "real" bath already?! These babies grow too quickly!

Pedro is darling! What a sweet baby.

Glad to see you post, I know how life can get busy with a little one around!

wow! he is growing up so fast!! I love all the fuzzy hair.

And isn't Costco the best? just wait until you get HEB and you find things like skim milk and wheat thins or cool whip.

It is so great to see you back on the blog.
Pedro is super cute! I can't decide which of the bambinos he reminds me of.
Yeah for Frosted Mini Wheats! I sure hope you don't have to share. I know how defensive you can be about your FMW.

I can't imagine blogging with a brand new baby. My hat is off to you, my dear.

I'm also a fan of Mini Wheats and your sweet little guy is gorgeous. That's quite the interested look on his face.

This means Margarita is the boss then :)
