A Post for Margarita's Future Children

Great News!!!

Here's a little note that your mom left for me last night:

(After a long Sunday with the kids, all of whom seemed to have their ears filled with cotton, Guapo and I finally got fed up and sent them all to bed early, with the exception of Pedro who was being a little angel. Margarita was not pleased with our choice of consequence and vowed first vocally, and then in print, that she will never do such a thing. I can't wait! )

What a crack up. I loved the way she underlined NEVER. Although, I doubt if I was ever that cruel to you kids by making any of you go to bed early. Just can't remember!
Love, Mommy

Bwahaha! I remember swearing that I would never do the things to my kids that my parents did to me. I am so going back on that promise. lol!

There must have been something in the air -- our kids were nutso on Sunday, too. All that time cooped up in the house is a little too much.

love the note!

I love it! Margarita is going to regret writing that in the future. :-)

My husband's niece has vowed never to be late when she is a mom. I'm anxious to hear how well that goes in the future, too!

How many times to i remember making similar statements as a child only to have to eat my words as an adult??? "I will never do this to my children" and of course I have done it to my children and probably will continue to do so.

How great that you have it in writing.

Definitely a keeper!!!
Ok, maid situation:
I would have paid the 3,000-4,000 by now!
Is there any way you can cut back her days and still be legal? Maybe you can ask about if you cut her back to just Friday-Saturday and then find just a day cleaner...
Allowed? Not allowed??
Seeing her IMMENSE belly at just 3 months, I fear that things are only going to get worse...but I am here for you always to hear it!! Actually, it doesn't bother me, I quite like hearing about it! It reminds me of mine in Venezuela!
Love ya!

Oh that's too awesome. Oh please yes, save it.

I wish I had (or my mom) saved all the notes I made.

That's so funny. Did you have it framed for posterity?
