The Incredible Growing Shoes

Remember my post on Crocs? I mentioned that you could bake your Crocs down to size in the oven. So, this is what I found in the freezer on Saturday (sidenote: check out my Ben and Jerry's! They have Chunky Monkey here. The joys of Big City life are endless):
Here it is a little closer:

My kids figured since heat = shrinkage (this is where I expect NCS to come up with a clever Seinfeld quote) cool temps must bring about growth.
Crazy kids! :) Got to love 'em.

What's that under the crocs? Is that M's shoe? I tell you, by the time your kids are teenagers, you already have enough materials for a book! (If you don't have enough at this time yet!)

    Have a great week ahead!

Chunky Monkey is a favorite around here too. In fact, it's Ant's other nickname.

That's awesome your kids are testing their hypothesis.

  5. Jerry: Elaine, do women know about shrinkage?
    Elaine: Shrinkage? Like in laundry?

    Ha, I'm so clever.

Well it does make sense, you'd have to cool the crocs to make them grow.
    Love Chunky Monkey!

  7. I HAD SHRINKAGE!!!

It looks like ground beef under the shoe. Crazy, nutty kids. Someday I'll have to do a quick-what about things kids have put in the family freezer.

  9. Under the shoe? That would be a porkloin that won't get prepared until I stop getting sick.

NCS: I knew you'd come through.

Smartmama: yes I changed to beta. Why? I don't know, it won't even let me comment now. :(

I'm a New York Super Chuck fan myself. It has been a while since I have eaten Chunky Monkey. Need to try it again.

That is so funny about the shoe. How big did they want them?
